The Yinyuan Communication Tethered Unmanned Aerial Vehicle is a multifunctional unmanned aerial vehicle that has been independently developed and integrated with a tethered power supply system and a communication base station system. It has reserved interfaces for other devices and is compatible with public networks, private networks, self-organizing networks, PDT base stations, third-party narrow and wide networks. It is specifically designed for emergency communication research and development.

It can be equipped with lighting systems, dual light pod systems, shouting systems, and individual terminal systems, suitable for various scenarios of emergency recovery communication after natural disasters and large-scale events that require enhanced signal coverage, providing strong communication signals without fear of interference.
